Assessments Our assessments take approximately 1 hour and are performed through the use of informed and in-depth clinical observations. Through these assessments our staff can help structure appropriate treatment planning, and recommend interventions tailored to your child’s specific needs. Evaluations Our in-depth evaluations last approximately 2 to 3 hours and employ meticulous clinical observations as well as the use of standardized testing tools. We perform a methodical and comprehensive case history review and ensure that all aspects that can affect your child's level of functioning is explored and addressed. Parents come out of our evaluations with a thorough explanation and understanding of what is affecting the functioning level of their children and how it can be addressed. (click here for more information) Consultations Oftentimes parents or therapist may need assistance with directing current treatment or a client may not need a formal assessment or evaluation. Our staff can provide a professional consultation to address any specific concerns that may be affecting functional skills. These type of consults last approximately 1 hour.
